Exchanges or Returns
At SoccerOne customer satisfaction is important. If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased they may return it by obtaining a Return Authorization Form, by simply contacting Customer Service within 7 business days from the date the order arrived. SoccerOne will evaluate each return and will issue a credit after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:
- SoccerOne Error: If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including all shipping/handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify SoccerOne within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
- Customer Error: Wrong sizes and colors will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the product to SoccerOne. Customers must notify SoccerOne within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Manufacturer Warranties: SoccerOne will honor the manufacturer's guarantee on any of their products originally purchased from SoccerOne. Contact SoccerOne for information on warranted products.
- SoccerOne will not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer.
- No credit will be issued for returns that do not include the original packing slip and Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the customer for inclusion in the returned package.
- Custom Products & Uniforms
Products that are personalized, imprinted, or made to order are non-returnable. This includes products such as numbered uniforms, team wear, logo on balls, imprinted bags, etc.
- Online orders may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance and tax (if applicable) will be added after the Checkout process is complete.
- Sales tax will be added for California residents only.
- Customers will be charged an additional $20.00 for returned checks.
- 50% deposit may be required on larger orders such as uniforms or goal products. You will be notified if a deposit is required.
Our catalog is primarily intended for use by soccer leagues, clubs and schools. Products and prices have been chosen based on good value. Coaches, Referees, Players, and Administrators may take advantage of our value-based products. Quantity discounts are considered net prices and unless otherwise notified, no additional discounts or incentives will be applied. Prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory is based on availability.
SoccerOne makes available terms for qualifying organizations. An account information form is available to establish credit. Obtain the form by calling SoccerOne at (800) 297-6386. Interested clubs & leagues should complete and return this form to SoccerOne. Typically, a league or club will purchase their first order using a major credit card while their information can be checked for credit worthiness. Contact SoccerOne for more information.
